AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

When your order ships, you will receive an email from AUSTRALIA POST/SHOP containing your individual consignment tracking number (please note this is different from your order number). You can use your consignment number to track your parcel on the courier's website, accessible through the link provided in your tracking email.

 If you are not available to receive the parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to reschedule delivery. Additionally, you will receive an email providing details of the local depot for rescheduling.

PLEASE NOTE: If you authorise the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place, this is at your own risk, and we cannot be held accountable for any loss.

ALSO, PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS ACCURATE WHEN ORDERING, AS ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED, WE CANNOT AMEND THIS, AND THE PARCEL WILL BE SENT TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED DURING CHECKOUT.

We are unable to modify sizes of items after checkout, so kindly verify the sizes are correct before completing your purchase.

Discounts: Please note that only one discount can be used/applied per order.

 

 How long will my order take to arrive?
Deliveries are typically received within 2 WORKING days after your order is dispatched (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS).
Next day delivery is also available, but will only be fulfilled if the order is made BEFORE 10am on WEEKDAYS. Orders placed on a Friday before 10am will be delivered on the following Monday.

 

NB! Please note the stated release/pre-order date of all shirts as this affects the delivery date. For example, if you order a shirt with a release date of 1st February 2024, you will receive this shirt up to a maximum of 5 working days from then. If your order contains one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together on the later stated release date.

 

Please note - Pre-order release dates are subject to change due to the fact we are dependent on the delivery of the item to us. The most updated release date will be stated on the product on the website itself.

 

Australian standard delivery is $15.00

Australian next day delivery is $23.99

 

IMPORTANT: In the event an item is no longer available/becomes out of stock after you have placed an order on our website, the remainder of your order will be sent. You will be refunded for the item that is no longer available; however, normal shipping fees will apply.

 Please note delivery can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched. Our delivery time starts from when an order is shipped from our warehouse.

PLEASE NOTE, YOU AS THE CUSTOMER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY IMPORT/DELIVERY DUTIES APPLICABLE TO YOUR ORDER. We are not able to ship to P.O BOX addresses.
